Custom Rhinestone Order Details
Southern Charm Embroidery is able to offer rhinestone transfers to individuals and businesses alike. Now it’s easier than ever to have your business logos, team sports, special event graphic and much more set in dazzling rhinestones. Our goal is to make your ordering experience as easy as possible. At SCE we offer low set-up fees, low minimum order requirements, and fast turnaround times for your ordering convenience. The volume discount does not apply to mix and match patterns.
Quotes are delivered via email within 5-7 business days after art work, graphic, logo or phrases have been received.
Art work can be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a contact name, email address and phone number with your submission. A signed Disclaimer must accompany the artwork. You can find this under the FAQ and Corporate sections of our website.
Art work must be submitted with dimension requirements as well as element requirements (rhinestones, rhinestuds, or both)
If artwork is not available and you would like Southern Charm Embroidery to create it for you, it is a separate charge from the digitizing fee stated below. Art work fees start at $35 a hour with an hour minimum paid in advance. Once the artwork is approved we can begin the digitizing process.
Digitizing and set up fee is a one time charge that will range between $20 and $50 depending on complexity and requirements. Quote includes 1 free revision, each revision thereafter is charged at a rate of $5 per change. Client approval is required prior to processing. An order is considered approved once payment is received.
Payment in full is required for all custom orders prior to processing. All orders are confirmed when placed. Any changes to a design will require re-digitizing fee and are subject to another charge based on change requirements.
Minimum order for custom designs is 6 pieces. Prices breaks for custom orders are available based on quantity. We offer price breaks for custom orders at 24, 51 and 100 pieces. Discounts are as follows:
- 6 - 23 pieces no additional discounts
- 24 - 50 pieces receive a 10% discount
- 51 - 100 pieces receive a 15 % discount
- 100+ pieces receive a 20% discount
Delivery of custom orders is 12-15 business days after proof is approved and depending on order quantity. Cancellations of confirmed work will not be refunded.
All custom work is non-refundable.
